Gruppe-S Garrett GT30R Turbo Kit - WRX & STI

Hey guys,

After over a year in development, we are very much nearing completion of our GT30 kit. Our philosophy? Big power and driveability - all at an affordable price. We feel we have achieved all of our goals nicely.

Everything is done, we are just waiting for delivery of the wastegate turn down tube and the oil lines to be pressure tested. The Tial wastegates and Greddy Airinx are also on back order (we have only a few in stock) but we would like to open up a group-buy for this turbo kit.

Our GT30 kit is a complete bolt-on kit for the WRX & STI. Features include:

*Garrett GT30R Turbo kit, .63 A/R
*Mandrel Bent Uppipe, TIG welded
*Mandrel Bent Downpipe, TIG welded (02 port for wide-band)
*TiAl 38mm Wastegate
*Greddy Airinx Intake Kit with MAF sensor holder
*Necessary hardware, gaskets, fittings, etc.

This turbo kit, with proper modifications is good for well over 450whp. On pump gas we laid down 314whp @ 17psi on a dynojet - Complete stock engine, 650 injectors, surrounding bolt-ons, LINK ECU managed. Stay tuned for race gas numbers.

As a note, this kit will not fit some intercoolers on the market, due to the location of the intake. 99% of intercoolers (unless you are running huge 3.0" piping) can be made to fit by simply modifying a portion of the piping.

Also this kit cannot pass California emissions as it eliminates both cats and would not pass visual anyways.

MAF sensor cars are fine with this setup as the Greddy Airinx offers a MAF housing, but of course you guys will want to have your ECU reflashed.

We have not tested this turbo kit with the APS 500, however due to the high design of the APS piping, it should clear.

yes it is..... the top flange is a 4 bolt pattern so you can bolt the garrett turbo on. The bottum part is still 2 and will bolt up to the stock manifold or any other manifold that is like stock (ie gruppe-s v2, borla, gt spec, etc...)

look in the firt post, there is a dyno graph of it on a stock usdm 2.0 motor.

either pe 850's or modded stock injectors as well as the walbro 342 should be fine imho but I guess it depends on how much boost you plan to run.

Yes when does the turbo start pushing this much boost? I saw the dyno sheet, but they cut off the rpms for some reason so I cant really tell? I'm guessing 4k rpms?
