Default Adding a sway

Okay so I want to add a sway bar to y sway-less L and I an not sure about all the parts I need. There was a thread that offered a little help but it basically said buy a kit. I have the sway bar from an 00 RS and I need the rest. So what is the rest...links and/or info is greatly appreciated. I am itching to do my drum to disk conversion and I figure I should add the sway bar at the same time so I don't have to have two allignments done. Thanks.

Andy

You'll need the endlinks, the body mounts, and the rear control arms from an RS that have the mounts for the endlinks, and the bushings. You can usually find endlinks used for cheap-I've got a set of Kartboy endlinks I need to sell, actually. PM if interested. I got my control arms from http://www.speedysusedparts.com/ and they sent the whole setup from the swaybar to the control arms. I may have some spare parts lying around; I'll have to check. If not, you could always go see/call your dealer and have them order the stuff for you.

I just checked, and I have the body mounts, stock endlinks, Kartboy endlinks, and a brand new set of bushings if you're interested. Then, you would just need the control arms and nuts and bolts.

what did you guys do with the evap canister in the rear? It seems to occupy a hole for my rear swaybar mount. Did you guys relocate the bracket or something?
you need:

bracket
little brass thing that attaches to bracket
endlinks
lateral link with mount or you can get a poltec hub-mounted endlink and kill two birds with one stone.
swaybar and bushings and bracket

I didn't have that problem because my car is a '95- the evap canister is in the engine bay!
