Default When am I supposed to change tranny fluid?

I got 6000+ miles on the car..whens hould I have changed the oil..or is it too late?

What kind of transmission fluid..and how about the differential?

If you have a Manual, you don't have to change the fluid.

not yet at least.... 30k mi? I don't know much on this, but I'm trying to find out myself. If I recall correctly, it takes gl-5 gear oil? 75-90 ns? no friction modifiers? I've heard lots of comments on Redline Oils, but nothing specific that stuck with me. One concern of mine is I believe someone was saying that synthetic oil may leak if it's thinner than OEM. I'm pretty sure that the front diff uses oil from the tranny, so no worries about changing two things.

Other than that, I'm in the dark as well. I've probably caused more questions than I've answered, but I'm sure someone else'll help us out.
