I donīt see the problem to be in Portugal. I buy things in the States and all over Europe many times. This is a small world!!
Anyway, I have a friend in Mass,US that will thake care of things if necessary.
Sounds good now??

So the gearbox is in Portugal but you'll ship it to mass first? Why dont you send it to MA now and have your friend sell it..That way a local person can check it out.

Sorry but 2500 bucks is way to much money to send overseas to someone that just joined the site and has 12 posts.

It works this way:
If you are realy interested you have only to pay the shipping cost up front (If I donīt sell it as to came back to me).You pay the rest to my friend in US.
But for example California is more far away from Mass, then from the Azores islands (Where I am) to US.
It's not easy to sell Subaru parts in Portugal because there are few of these cars here.
But I understand your point of vieux. You are not use to by parts oversease.
We have to do it all the time!!

Torres

I want $2500, not more.
If you are in Mass I will give you the contact in Fall River. You can meet the person if you want.
I have to find out when is the next ship.
The Gearbox is the correct price for this trannys. It as a Open front Diff not Suretrac as you can check with the serial number.

Agreed, that is a pretty fair price w/o a LSD. Since thats the case, I'm not interested. I definately want a F-LSD. Good luck with the sale.

If you pay to my friend in U.S. the shipping cost ( $300 one way) You will only have to pay the rest when you get the tranny.
That's the best I can do!

sorry i am just not willing to give you 300 to get something in from out of the country. as teh seller it is your responsibility to get the product to where i can buy it. you pretty much want me to buy it off your friend, which sounds kind of shady. after i got scammed it would be, "well my friend said that.....". if you want this to sell, get it in the america so people can acutally look at it in person. then it will sell for sure and your shipping costs will then be re-imbursed

it has to be in the US to sell in the US. think of it that way. if its in the US, it will sell like furbys! pay to get it here and you will get re-imbursed when you sell it. this whole thing really doesnt make sence when you think about it, (not wanting to get it in the US??)
