.....man......you just gotta read and read some more around here......that question is VERY nebulous....and you better wait at least a couple months before you make any motor decesion or you will likely will make the wrong one....

Take Uncle Scotty's advice. The first thing you should do is read everything on the boards that you can related to engine building. If I needed a new engine, I wouldn't be getting another USDM WRX engine. Do the research and you'll find your own answers.

check cobbtuning, they sell bullet-proofed shortblocks. although i really discourage you from buying a new engine until you do your research more...

Hey n00b...there are over 80K people on this board...how the hell am I supposed to know what people's projects are, especially since this dude joined like 10 days ago?
And expand your mind...and your soul will follow. One of the sickest machines you can buy at a decent price. (the power/weight close to a motorcycle with more stability in corners) http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/ OH, and people use short blocks in carts all the time...you just didn't know it apparently....cause you're a n00b ![]() Last edited by kickitjp; 03-16-2005 at 03:40 AM. |
