I recently removed and sold my accessport and it threw a p0420 cel code. What I didn't expect from this is that I am still running stock 3rd cat. I have stromung shorty DP connect to stock cat and stock catback.
After reading couple of threads, I decided to get the GPMoto mechanic cel fix and guess what, it threw the same code again. What I realize is that the o2 sensor is located in front of the stock cat unlike the turboxs high flow cat I used to have (which didn't throw any CEL). So, what should I do to get rid of it? I don't want to get an E/M just to get rid of a cel light. Thanks.
