Post Where is the best place to buy an Impreza?

In the Northwest suburbs? I want to test drive an Impreza and see if I can get a good enough deal to buy one.

$20 says you'll get half the Chi area telling you to go to Schaumberg.

Yup, Schaumburg Subaru is the best. Especially in terms of service, though. I believe they have 3-4 RS's on their lot at the moment as well. I'm not sure what you can tell them, but I think if you say you're a member of MWSOC and you know Nick & Donnie, then you should be quoted quite a bit better.

I got mine from Gerald for $200 over invoice (of course it lose a lot of its value in the 8 months I had it, but that's another story - it's a good thing I didn't pay MSRP). I wouldn't let them change the oil or touch the car, but they did get me the car for a good price. One phone call was all it took.

I bought my Y2k RS Sedan at Mark Bass in Joliet. They gave me top dollar on my Explorer trade ($1000 over what everyone else would give) and a great price.

Hey Racer X, when you stop in there, talk to Leatha (pronounced as Lisa with a 'th' in the place of the 's'). I told her that I told you to go over there and that you're Racer X so she knows about you and should be able to quote you a pretty good price. She's the blonde thats about 5'4" with her heals on (real cute too).

Watch out for her, I armed her with a Palm Pilot last month.

Hey Racer X, show up to the AutoX Sunday, I'm sure there will be a few people who will let you test drive a 99 or 00.
