Allot will depend on the type of structure you're using.

Ill use just about anything right now. I dont care if its a steel building or standard wood frame like a house. Steel buildings are proabibly cheaper ad easier to put up.

steel buildings are cheap her ein nebraska(we have several steel plants here) you cna order the buildinga nd assemble it yourself for a decent price.

tracy's father made a 6 car garage with concrete slab, giant garage and a 7th bay for working on cars, just the building and concrete came to around 50-60k(the place is HUGE)

Search for pre-fab buildings online. Like airplane hangars and/or barns. One will be close enough.

Steel is a good idea because welding in a wooden framed structure with drywall, etc. is just not as safe, especially in smaller areas.

Steel frame, concrete floor, industrial ventilation, large garage doors
