How do the covers apply to the headlight? Is it hard to install?

All of the covers are adhesive backed vinyl. They are easy to install if you take your time and read the instructions ahead of time. It works best if the material is warm because it becomes more pliable when warm. We suggest you do it in a heated garage if it's currently freezing where you are! The popular fog kits on an '02-'03 WRX are very easy to install, the headlight of an '04 WRX is more challenging, but both are do-able if you take your time.

We should have some more "real world" shots from a Legacy up on-line by Thursday, I just took the photo's.

Interested in the bugeye headlight film...does it cover the main bulb? In the pic it looks like it goes around the out side of the main bulb...which i like. Also could you please get some more pics.

That would actually be a headlight mod, there is no film on the bugeye headlights. There are how-to's on here if you are interested.

What I was saying is that in the pictures, there is headlight film over the 04+ wrx/sti but no film on the headlights of the 02/03 wrx. The black in the bugeye headlights you see is because the owner modded them and painted them inside, similar to mine.

I'm sure he has some film to cover the entire bugeye headlights, but it would not look like the blue one above.

Thanks. This might be a solution for those looking for a chaper alternative to JDM/EDM headlights for that desired "look", especially if they do not want to perform the headlight mod like the one listed above. If you had pics of the covers on a white rex that would be great.

Is that silver my05 wrx with Stealth Smoke or Light Smoke headlight film?

Is that Blue my02 wrx with Stealth Smoke or Light Smoke tail-light film?

I'm interested of seeing my02 with smoked headlight. I want to see difference between Light and Stealth smoke.

Thanks

Both the 05 headlight and the 02 tail light are done in the light smoke - 30% The Stealth Smoke is 20%.

Any pictures yet of the 02-03 smoked headlight covers? Potential buyer here and I only buy things I can see as I am sure plenty of others do as well. Thanks a lot

How bad is the night driving with the light smoked(30%) headlight ones?
What about tail lights for a 2005 wagon?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Rada

Smoked '02 WRX headlight pic;

I drove the light smoke last night and it is not bad at all. I do prefer the HID Blue H/L tho....

Working on the '04 WRX Wagon tails.

Works for me, not sure if it is real or not but I get the idea. Thanks You guys don't happen to sell these on ebay do you? I saw a bunch of ads on there with very similar pictures to what you have on your web-site. Similar pricing as well. I saw they had a white bugeye with these on there too.

Admittedly it does look a bit photoshopped, but we took the photo today and it is just a gray overcast day here in Dallas. We don't sell them on ebay, Just HotSubaru.com. They are available here; http://www.hot-subaru.com

Hope this helps
