Default does anyone make a divorced or bellmouth type flange for making your own downpipe?

I was wondering if any companys made just the flange part or upper part with the divorced or bellmouth style that i could just weld to my exsisting 3 inch DP?

They have a cast bellmouth that bolts onto the rest of the exhaust.

Check out http://www.mattrandolph.com/mattspec.htm to see a guy who did just exactly what you are talking about.
