Default tein hood dampers - lookin' pretty sweet.

I just checked out the Tein usa website randomly and stumbled upon these... anyone see 'em yet or know where I can get a set? I guess they were JUST released so that would explain why nobody is stocking them yet.

They're listed as $145. Dunno if I can justify the price, but I definitely like them.

Very cool. And the price is way better than the Prova examples I was trying to justify to myself.

Sweet cheaper than the Prova's http://www.fastwrx.com/provhoodstru.html, but a little more expensive than the Redline ones http://redlinetuning.com/QL-SUBARU-WRX-0205.html
At least you still get eh JDMesque!

As soon as someone starts selling them, I'll buy a set. At the $300, the prova ones are hard to justify, for half price, I'll justify them!

I was looking at the redlinetuning ones also but I don't like the fact that I have to drill. If things aren't aligned just right it could throw the whole thing off and make it ****-eyed. Besides, these nice green dampers will match the green top hats on my flex's well.

Contact us for those interested in a group buy. The discount will be dependent on how many actually want a set.

Since it is Sunday we will have to wait till Monday to get final pricing.

The Group buy will be for the Tein hood struts.

So far we have 5 people interested. If we can get 5 more, we may be able to get a lower price...

I will try to have answers Monday afternoon or Tuesday Morning.

One advantage to these is that you don't have to drill to install them. The Redline version requires drilling. That's the only reason I'm considering spending 2x+ the price for these.
