Default P2021 Code! Please Help!

Ok i am going to make a long story short. I am popping the P2021 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit Low (Bank 2) Code on my ECU. I am running a UTEC Stg 4 map on my 2004 WRX. When i changed to injectors i had to take off the tumble valve position sensor because it was in the way of the injector bracket pretector thingy.... Anyway this sensor is what is throwing the code.

My question is do i have to take the manifold off in order to reset the spring back in to normal position? Or can i reset it by taking the sensor back off somehow. I am at a loss of knowledge on this one and this seems to be making my car run like absolute crap. It bucks and jolts and the CEL flashes a couple of times! Anyone have any advice for me?

Thnanks,
Zach

No...ya just have to re-wind it...the shaft is spring loded and when you removed the sensor....all ya usually have to do is unlpug it, NOT remove it......it snapped open....

Take it apart and try turning the shaft carefully.....it should ba apparent what needs to be done
