Default Any Clutch Recommendations?

I'm currently in search for a new clutch and wanted to see what the general public would recommend. I have an "Excedy Stage 1" clutch, but it doesn't seem to hold the power I'm putting down. (This clutch kit has less than 1000 miles on it, if anyone wants it PM me, I have not damaged it).

I will be installing an RA gear set this week as well thanks to Friday night so I dont need anything that will slip for protection. Just grip-and-go.

Thanks!

Wow! Sounds like something I might need! However I have heard that the 6 puck are really cruddy for daily driving.

I can't think of Tim's screen name either, but the 6 puck definitely holds the power. Unfortunately, the trans didn't. He wouldn't recommend it for daily driving if you have a lot of stop and go traffic, but he would recommend it if you need something to hold 300+ whp.

I think thats the route I may go. I hear you get a ton of shudder with the puck clutches though. Not sure I want that!

The problem you have though is that you either need way more clutch or way less power. With your power goals, you either have to get a puck clutch or a twin disc setup.
