intake, header, pulleys, axleback?

Personally, I'd get stiffer springs... But thats just me.

Why pay that much for a cheap one when you can get a Borla for $249?

I think springs would be a good investment. The 2.5RS is not as fast as a WRX is. It'd take a lot of work to get a lot of power out of it. Definately not for 200 bucks so suspension, IMO, is where this car will shine.

I'm thinking about selling my Borla header if you're bent on power. I'd do less than 200 shipped. Don't know how soon you need it tho.

cheers

Tires first, if you haven't done that yet.

Maybe WRX brakes up front (rotors & caliper brackets)...

Or new springs, which I agree with....

Spend your $200 somewhere other than on power, for now. That's my opinion. Don't put power into a car until it can HANDLE it. So go tires/suspension/brakes/etc.

Cobb adjustable rear anti-roll bar? Seems like a pretty good deal for ~$180. It will probably be my first "mod"...

that's cool then....

i'm just not in support of sending people to ebay to put poor quality part on their scoobs. to me its like drinking boxed wine, doesn't do it justice.

just my opinion though, i know not everyone has the dough but if you've got a scoob, treat her right.

I think the quality of that header is pretty good. I posted some pics in another thread.

I can't drink wine out a box either.

Yeah probably. I'm just saying, all you have to do is look out there. Mine was actually $249 shipped so I know there's gotta be deals out there.

I've heard of 249 shipped, I just didn't see 249 shipped anywhere and I was a bit impatient. That's why I went with the ebay header.

borla headers aren't a performace mod...they're a sound mod.

save up and get EL headers (brullen, cobb, whatever...)

for 200...maybe springs, or a pulley and rear sway
