Default What's needed to put WRX front brakes on Legacy?

my buddy asked me this question and i wasnt sure so i decided to ask you all for the answer. he has a 98 legacy gt and is gettin wrx front rotors, calipers and caliper brackets for cheap. what else would he need to put them on or would they just bolt on as is?,, i told him just to get 4 pots but he doesnt listen. thanks for the insight..

for cheep it is a great deal

he will need pads a 8,12,14,17mm wrenchs brake fluid and a brake bleeding kit
i could do both sides in ~30 min
also 4 pots wouldn't clear his wheels :P

Nothing else is needed? No prop. valve or something? New m/c?

Also... I wouldn't say the WRX brakes provide a huge increase in stopping power. What they do provide is greater fade resistance, which is also very important.

Depending on the current setup of the braking system, ie abs, non-abs, etc, what Jaxx posted is all you need to do.

thanks alot for the insight.. hes got 99 gold rs rims so he could do the 4 pots.. but i think hes gettin the wrx brakes for like 30 bucks so i thought it would be good but just wanted to make sure. once again thanks alot for the insight.
