Talking GC8 to GDB with SVX 3.3L

I just wanted to show you guys something that I have been cooking up. We have the SVX 3.3L flat 6 motor in and running. Here are a few teaser pics.

The engine is out again, and we have removed all the stuff out of the engine bay. The engine will be fully built to run a massive single GT42 turbo. The Engine management is controlled via an Autronic SMC with the Autronic CDI. 2 BOSCH 044 fuel pumps will deliver fuel to 1000cc Delphi injectors. It will also contain alot of other goodies. We hope to get 700awhp out of it, if we can find an AWD tranny to hold the power.

Very nice, any reason you chose the older 3.3 over the 3.0? Any plans to upgrade the heads, IIRC those heads use the smaller 2.2l valves.

very cool, keep this updated.

scoobie steve, maybe a guess but it could be because they can use the ej22G pistons/rods in that engine, but other stuff is custom so maybe they are all custom.

congrats, more pics!

What all did you have to move (other than the alternator & A/C) to flip the intake manifold around backwards like you did?

Thanks - Jon
