Default can I use Cobb AP with my Vishnu stg Zero?

hello all, I bought a 2002 wrx sedan last year, I found out a month after getting it that it had the stage zero package from vishnu minus the uppipe. Since then Ive installed a txs uppipe, and a full Catless TBE.
the vishnu is the old system with the Dastek piggyback unit and an emi adapter with an underdrive pully.

If I get the cobb ap, can i use it with the vishnu unit, or would I have to remove it?

can someone with info help?

thanks

Best to remove all the Vishnu EM stuff, then load up the Cobb Stage 2.

ok cool, thanks for the info.
Do you know if I will feel a big difference with the cobb stg 2?
Cause right now with the vishnu, my boost in 3rd and 4th hits 3 lines pass the .1 bar, which i think is around 14 psi. But what suks is in first and second the boost goes to the .1 and as the rpms go high the boost goes down 5 lines under .1 bar, and thats at full throttle.

So all I would have to do is detach the emi chip and the piggyback unit and then I can just install the cobb?
