Default blown head gasket or not?

Yes, another noobs with problems!!!
I've got an MY00 GM6, and I'm afraid i'm going to add +1 for the blown HG stats :

I've noticed there's small bubbles in my overflow tank, but only sometimes. I've noticed this after some nices mountains passes, and it doesn't seems to do it anymore, except if I blip the throttle. The car doesn't overheat, the rad fan starts, I've just change the oil 2 weeks before aand the oil is still clear, and doesn't seems to have bubbles on the dipstick. And when I remove the oil cap, I can feel the air pulsating out of it (don't know why, someone asked me to check this). Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm going to say no, not yet anyway. I think most of the head gasket issues with the 00-now 2.5L was the external leak. Mine had it(fixed it). There's probably a sticky about it in the warranty forum.
