are there any lightweight pulley kits out for the 2004 RS?

all that fit old rs's fit the 04. at least the Crankshaft pulley which is by the far the heaviest and most important.

Perrin Pulleys for a 02-04 WRX will fit your RS, I asked Perrin themselves on their AIM screenname, and they said it would fit even the 05's as well.

the crank pulley is the same on all EJ motors.

If you're looking at the 3 pulley sets you'll only be able to use 2 of them since most likely 1 is pressed on and not bolted. But the crank is the best bang for the buck.
