Why don't you give us some more information. Mods, etc.

If I had to make a totally uneducated stab in the dark from the little bit you've posted, could it be misfires from fouled plugs or a blown coil pack? That could make it stutter at higher boost or RPM.

If you've put the UTEC on MAP 0, the UTEC won't do anything and so you shouldn't have a problem caused by it. Double check your installation and ensure all the harnesses are securely connected.

Takes about 5 minutes to unplug the utec and plug your stock ECU back in. Start there. It's impossible for people to diagnose your problem with so little information.

Sorry for the lack of info. I'm pissed, ranting, slightly scared, you know (or maybe you don't).

Mods:
3" TBE
Uppipe
APS CAI
Perrin Turbo inlet
UTEC, with stg.2 map road tuned

Mods on after UTEC: APS CAI, 255lph fuel pump.

Problems: After UTEC was put on, when I ran the gears slightly it would stutter, stall, shut-off, idle funny, felt like fuel was getting cut off. How I solved the problem? I just sat in a parking lot for a few, let the car chill, pray alittle, drive softly.

Have you tried the TXS sourced Stage 2 map? Might try that to see if your tuner did a poor job.

Step 1: Unplug the UTEC and plug the factory ECU back into the factory harness.
If that cures your problem proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Re-flash the UTEC with the latest software that is available on our website.
http://www.turboxs.com/utecwrxupdate.shtml

Step 3: Load the stage 2 map into map position #1
http://www.turboxs.com/_images/UTEC/.../stg2up04a.TXT (right click and “save target as”)

Step 4: Load the stage 1-3 parameters
http://www.turboxs.com/_images/Updat...%2042cver2.TXT (right click and “save target as”)

Step 5: Set the UTEC’s map switch to position #1.

Step 6: Verify switch position by looking at the dashboard screen in HyperTerminal

Step 7: Reinstall the UTEC

If after all of this you are still having problems with the UTEC and the problem doesn’t exist on the stock ECU then you should contact your TurboXS dealer for a replacement UTEC (assuming you purchased it from a TurboXS dealer).

If the problem isn't with the utec being broken, it would probably be a good idea to call the place that tuned your car and ask them what they think. They should fix the problem if it has something to do with the tune they did.

peace
