No, can't use PS2 games on it, and you can't use PSP games on the PS2. Sucks. However, the leaked photo of PS3 over at gamestop.com shows a slot for UMD discs....which is what the PSP uses for games and retail movies. The UMD is a Sony proprietary disc that's 1.5 in in size in a plastic cover...like dvd camcorders.

Currently $250, which includes the console, charger, headset, case, cleaning cloth, 32mb stick, demo disc, and Spiderman 2 movie on disc. Later releases probably won't have such a large bundle, and be priced around $200.

So far, I've enjoyed. The game play is the last reason why I bought it...although it's fun. Been playing Ridge Racer which is a pretty cool drift game. Waiting for GT4 to be released. I bought it for an mp3 player, media player...such as burning movies to the stick...currently have Matrix Reloaded on it, and to play my recorded races on the go, watch movies on planes, pictures, etc. Also, a internet browser is being released for it in the next month or two. Oh yeah, wifi for the internet and online gaming.

Lots of people are complaining about dead pixels. Mine only has two dead pixels...which can only be seen when the screen is completely black. Oh, and the screen is beautiful.

That depends on the size of your stick A 1 gig stick will hold an hour or so of video, but currently they cost about $140ish.

I just got Sony Image Converter 2 yesterday, and it converted wmv files with no problem, which I couldn't get the 3G Converter to do for me.

The 2 hours sounds about right as I can get about 30-35min on my 256mb. Also where did you get the Sony Image Converter 2?

I bought it from Sony for $20, but someone over at Gamestop pointed out a site that you can download it for free...just didn't know about it until after the fact...
