hmmmI have an extra paycheck this month, may have to break down and buy this.

The one thing I'm confused with the AP thing is do you always keep the AP plugged into the car, or do you flash a base map, play with the real map (in my case Stage 2 LWG, HWG if necessary), arrive at what works best in your car, flash that as a base map and then unplug the AP and leave it on your garage shelf until needed next (maybe never?); or does the AP need to be always plugged into the OBDII port of the car?

I flashed Stage 1 and put it back in the box...

Real time maps would let me put in Valet, economy modes, etc. Also read boost, as I uinderstand it, but haven't played around yet.

good choice, every WRX needs EM. our engine's are hiding a lot of power from us and it's EM's job to bring it out

plug it in the connectors underneath the wheel. re-flash your ECU with a base map, then put in real time maps. after that you unplug and throw it back in the box. i would personally keep mine in the glove though
