Default Ordered ACT Clutch, received ACT PP and exedy clutch. Is this right?

I ordered a clutch kit from a recommended vendor here, (whom shall remain nameless until I have clarification on this) and I asked for the ACT clutch as recommended by others here. I received the kit today, and I got a ACT pressure plate, NTN bearing, another smaller item, and a Exedy Super disc part# fjd016. (but it has an act sticker on it with part number SBSD016???) It was my understanding that when you order an ACT clutch kit that everything in it is ACT. Does anyone have any insight on this?

I thought exedy=oem=mediocre....?

Just called ACT. WOW. I don't know if I just got lucky or what, but the guy was Incredibly helpful. Explained everything to me, gave me his e-mail, explained the differences between stock and theirs for both disc's and for pressure plates, etc. Great guy. No doubt in my mind that I'll be sticking with ACT from now on for my parts should the need arise again.

He did say that a clutch disc is a clutch disc no matter who you get it from, as far as subarus go. He siad that for my car that subaru/exedy use a 808 compound which is as good as it gets*, and when they re-line disc's they use the same compound, so their's is basically the same as oem. He said the preasure plate is where the difference is. (Is this right?)

*Interesting side-note, he said that Subaru uses the high quality lining for all their disc's except on the STI. what is that about?
