Default What to expect from this setting

Soon i'm getting for my 2005 STI the next things:
-APS SR55 Turbo
-Blitz FMIC
-Walbro Fuel Pump
-Complete samco hoses kit
-CAI INJEN
-AP Fuel Rails
-RC 650cc Inyectors
-Devil Turbo Back Exhaust
-Custom Up-Pipe
-Cluth Master (for holding 400HP)
-Exhaust manifold?????????? (should I??)

Also i would be tuning with an AEM Wide band O2 Sensor and EGT. Thinking of boost up 25 PSI.
How much HP to expect from this set up.
Also, how mucho HP does the stock STI tranny can hold, and also the engine?????
Opinions and posible changes on the products would be usefull.
Thanks in advise

What EM are you getting, or do you already have one that is not listed above?

Might also want to go with larger injectors.

Reflahses will be REQUIRED for your setup. Reflashes are good for stock cars, but as soon as you start playing with injectors and fuel rails, you MUST have good EM.

Have you considered replacing the stock MAP sensor, IIRC its only good to 18psi.

I was planning to install a fuel cut defender to the stock Map. Does the fuelling compensation is by MAF signal, or i'm wrong???

Who says? I mean, it might not be good upto 25psi, but mine(on my wrx) seems to work fine upto 23. Where did you get 18 from?

What kinda fuel are you planning on using? I dunno how good your luck would be with running 25psi on an sti with pump gas, course ya never know I guess. Ya might wanna get a different turbo. Something like a fp green or a deadbolt superzilla can probably be gotten for less and might just help ya get more power. I don't really see the point in changing the uppipe, exhaust manifolds, or fuel rails. With the intake, ya might wanna look into one with a larger maf piping then stock. Something like the perrin big maf or the aps 70mm intake..... The stock tranny(other then the clutch) is good for a lot more power then you will probably ever run. Course I've never run that much power, or that much boost, so take this all with a grain of salt.

peace
