Default Any difference between a WRX center differential and a STi center differential?

Hi All,

Is there any difference between a wrx centre differential and
a STI centre differentual (Non - DCCD)

The STi 6-speed has a 1.0:1 ratio, where the WRX has a 1.1:1 ratio. Are we talking 6-speed or STi tranny (Ver 7 and up) or 5-speed (Ver 5 and earlier)?

For questions sake lets say we are talking about post 02 vehicles.

Isnt the transfer ratio (1:1 / 1.1:1), separate to the centre diff? If so it wouldnt matter what the ratio.
