dude jsc speed sells these for $375...and a while back they had them for $319 shipped. I think you will want to reconsider your asking price to sell. The 03 has a filler neck whereas the 02's dont. Really shouldnt be an issue.

To everyone who has checked out the thread,

First, I would like to thank everyone who checked out my thread. For not responding to your question directly, I will take the responsibility. As for the vendor who carries the same radiator for 5 dollars cheaper, it's their policy to offer you at a lower cost than me. I am from Rowland Hts., which is literally 15 minutes away from Monterey Park. Most vendors would charge upto 25 dollars in shipping. Literally, if Sonny would purchase the radiator from me, he would be saving himself possibly upto 20 dollars in shipping cost. My price is based on the price offered by SP Engineering. They are offering the same radiator at 400 dollars and the customer would have to wait for their order to come in. Conversely, I do have the radiator at hands. SSFWRX is right in his description of the difference between the 02 and 03-05 radiator (thanks SSFWRX for clearing up the question). In some cases, the early 03 models came without filler neck, so the owners should be careful in inspecting his radiator for future purchases. Again, I apologize to everyone who may have misunderstood the thread.

doesn't matter - the 03+ radiator works just fine in the 02 (and if you have an issue with the 02 radiator leaking, since they are prone to do that, they give you an 03+ style radiator as a replacement - you can either block off the overflow from the second cap, or T off the line from the tank on top of the engine and connect the overflow (or buy the 03+ solid tube which goes across the back of the radiator and you are all set - if you get a warranty replacement as I did, that's all part of the deal))
