Default What to do with old struts/How long for springs to settle???

Ok, so I have 4 OEM struts that I have no use for. The two rears appear to have been leaking a bit. All four are pretty much done. Would someone want these for some purpose or should I just throw them in the garbage? Anyone want them???

Also, how long will it take before new springs/struts have "settled" to there lowest point? Particularily the rear of a wagon, where there is relatively little weight as compared to the front.

thanks

Jared

It shouldnt take more than a couple days for the springs to settle if you drive it regularly, try some bumpy roads in your area as well.

old struts? worthless esp if they are leaking, just dump them.
