Default non loud power mods?

in a goal to get some more power out of my awesome 165hp beast i consult you NASIOC!

i know of 2 mods which I can do but I dont want all the extra loudness which comes from it.

Current power:
Greddy Evo cat back
Autospeed light weight crank pully

Im not going to do
CAI - Unless its Cobb and I can get it for under $150
Headers - its going to make the car too loud

anything i can do to make the car faster but not louder?
i was thinking about an S-AFC but i dont think my mods are enough for me to need one.

Thanks
Allan

Theres 2 ways I can have you to do if you want power without hearing your loud beast screaming in the highway:

Method 1
If you are the one that doesn't want to hear your car screaming, use earmuffs - they work.

Method 2
If you want others not to hear your car yelling at them, make it go even louder and make them all deaf. That way, they will never hear the loudness again. Oh, almost forgot, wear earmuffs so you don't get ur ears hurt in the process.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are no best of both worlds. You get power or you get sound. If you want to make your car faster without sacrificing the quietness theres only one way: remove useless weight. Only changing your power to weight ratio will help you go faster. For example, dont take a 200lb granny for a car ride. CF hood and trunk. Use lightweight metals (alloys) for your wheels. Remove passenger seat or use Racing seats. These are just things that popped up my head. In summary, CHANGE POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO
if u want power on your RS hers what you do.... get the cobb equal lengeth headers,a stock axle-back from a WRX or a STI, K&N filter, and a crank pully which you already have. this will make your car faster but not fast. IMO do your suspension first, at least a rear sway bar.
if you get equal length headers but keep the stock catpipe, it won't be that much louder.
other than that, nitrous.
or high compression pistons.
or cams.
pretty much, there are no silent and inexpensive ways to make it fast.
You could swap in a WRX motor and keep the exhaust stock. Thats ganna be the only thing that will really give you a lot more power.
well i thought about the weight ratio stuff... i personally lost about 20lbs... so that'll be the equivlent of a CF hood... just kidding
i got 2 years till my lease is over so i'll just keep it this way and i'll just make sure the next car is fast.
Thanks for the responces
if you put an exhaust on it will be louder! the best way to get more power would be to make the car breath better, ie, exhaust, header (equil length), intake, pulleys are a good idea too, a chip would help a bit too. good luck.
Not necessarily. Someone who's not a brainless prat can design a high-flow low-noise exhaust.
please explain.
the only ecu reflash i'm aware of is the i-speed reflash, which amounts to about 10-12 hp. this is about enough hp to get you even with a V6 mustang in the quater mile.(open to speculation, what i really mean is that 12 hp isn't much- especially for the exorbenantly high asking price of an i-speed reflash)
it's been said time and time again that piggyback ECUs that regulate the A/F mixture don't work so well due to open/closed loop operation on newer ECUs.
what do you mean there's power to be had?
