Default Troubleshooting XEDE problem - LED does not turn green

I just installed the XEDE processor in my MY02 WRX. When I turn the ignition key on the XEDE LED flashes red - From what I have read this is correct. But, when I start the engine the LED blips green and then stays solid red. I think the LED is supposed to stay solid green. I can connect to the XEDE with my notebook and use XMAP to upload Vishnu's pre-configured maps, but no mater what I do I just can't seem to figure out why the LED is not green. The other funny thing is that the XMAP RPM view fluctuates between approximately 5000 and 7000 when the car is actually idling.

Has anybody run into this before? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Default Update

I contacted Vishnu about the problem on Monday. They are sending me another one to replace it.
