Does anyone know if there is a 15 inch wheel that will fit a baja?

The 96-2001 Impreza Outback Sport came with steel 15s. Lots of the later Legacys came with 15s also. Pick one up at the junk yard and see if it will squeeze over the calipers.

you're gonna put 30x9.50s on aren't you!?! or maybe the 29 inchers, even the 27inchers would be sick on a Baja.

The Impreza '04 TS wagon also came with 15-in wheels. What size are the disc brakes on your Baja?

it's a tight fit with the front rotors I'm not too sure it would work

My sister had some stock Outback 15" alloy rims with some winter tires. I mounted them on the rear and they fit fine, only to try the other ones on the front and found out the brake calipers rub on the inside. I should have done the front ones first oh well it good practice.

15" steels might work as alloys take up alittle extra space. How bad were they rubbing? Is it worth considering shaving a weee bit off the caliper?

I just tried to fit standard Subaru 15" wheels on the front of my Baja 2 days ago, they DO NOT FIT. Spacers will not help as it is the diameter of the rotors and calipers that is the problem. You will need to downgrade your front brakes to Impreza (non-WRX) caipers and rotors for them to fit, otherwise you will need to buy expensive rally wheels that fit over the larger WRX/Outback/Baja brakes.

On another note, I am selling those wheels since they do not fit, if anyone is interested. $50 with tires included.

That is definitely good to know. Also, post the wheels for sale on newenglandsubarus.com. you might snag a buyer.
