Anybody figure out whether the closed loop boost control was linear? I want to ramp up my boost as I transition from ECU to UTEC control. I would also like to put reasonable values in the parts of the map that are difficult to actually get to on the street. Hopefully, it is something like adding 25 to the map adds another psi of boost. Or at least can you do a ratio of map number to psi and come up with a psi per whatever those map values are?

Since the threashold for closed->open loop fueling is throttle position and not boost, you will never know what the boost will be when transitioning, and will not be able to transition the boost smoothly between them. Course, the boost at part throttle and during transition is usually below wastegate pressure, so even if you could determine what the boost would be while transitioning, you probably wouldn't be able to control it.

The equation (if there even was one) would have far too many variables to be accurate. PM me if you have problems tuning your boost map. I'm local and I might be able to help you out.
