Default wrx vf39 so cal 1/4 mile at Fontana

2003 wrx 320whp vf39 100 octane stock trans 40k miles stock internals

13.5 @106 baddddd launch basically a roll, made 21psi
12.90 @106 good launch but it didn't hold psi @17

vs. the 03 mustang GT in the first run was 15.2 93
vs. the talon 2nd run was 15.1 94

My driving sucked, there is alot of room for improvement...
1.9 60ft 8.2 1/8th 83mph

I expected to be low 12's @ 110 and I know the car can do it, don't know if i can string a good enough run together.

For those of you in so cal I hope to see you at renick tomorrow night.

Those runs are almost identical to the runs I made with my 93 octane 251 whp VF39 '02 Wagon. I ran 13.0 @ 106-107. Hopefully with a better launch and 1-2 shift, you will get the times down and the mph up.

Yes it's my white rex. I'll try and make on the 22nd. We are going to have these meets once amonth during the summer months! Cool huh, I like seeing so many subies together. I'll know soon what is the exact date of the nest event at Renick.

Harman Motive...
I'ts a good tune the only thing bad on the whole car is the stupid modified injectors.
I get misfire's once a week to every 2 weeks, the injectors won't scale right at low throttle. It's much faster than the times reflect. The first run was basically a rolling start and it trapped 106! With a good launch and a little love from the injectors I'll run the low 12's that I expected.

Stock injectors modified ?.....what about trying pinks ?

That track seemed to be very slow last year with many different cars, nothings probably changed.

Those misfires cant be good.....

Yah, I want the pinks but I need to keep in mind that I plan on running a Garrett turbo some time in the future. Maybe some PE's, Nismo's... etc you know what I mean.

The ECU is so smart that it reset's the cel after about 50 miles, then it comes back on during a cold morning warm up.

The mods I want know are almost a down payment on a house. J/K
