Finally found a cold air intake that they say fits 05 Turbo. Weapon R Dragon Intake from eautoworks. Anyone have any opinion on this.

a lot of people have cai's... try rallitek, cobb, gruppe-s, or renick motorsports, just to name a few of the more common ones -- havent heard anything (good or bad) about the secret weapon intakes, but i have heard of them hope that helps a little...

I have done a bit of research about intakes in general, albeit mostly for N/A baja. here are a couple of others to look into: tech works (twe)/prm jet intake, and aem.

Sean at Rallitek is great resource, you might want to call him.

The reviews that I have read about weapon intake have been mixed, but from what I've read, they scored below twe, aem, cobb, ingen (sp??) I think.

If you do a search, you will find some good info too.

Hope this helps, if you need some links, let me know.

Honestly, I've only heard bad about Weapon R intakes. I'm not sure, why, exactly. I mean, a tube and filter is a tube and filter. If anything, I could see the filter being junk. But you know what, you can replace that very easily.
