Don't run the car that way. The Unichip is an offset device it alters the signals going into an out of the ECU. Cobb mapping actually alters the maps on the ECU itself. You have one engine management lying to the other engine management. Dysfunction Junction.

lets just say that I tried to run "brand X" piggy back on top of my "stock map".....car didnt make it out of the driveway.

Not the best of ideas....try and learn from the mistakes of others, not your own.**

**that being said, nobody has tried to do what I did.

You probably can keep it like that, but it won't be optimal...

Many people have ECUtek reflashes to change base values, adjust for larger injectors to smooth out the idle, etc, then run a piggyback type system like an Xede or Utec...

There have been some really nice and smooth dynos when doing this. Since the AP is a reflash, it could be ok, however the stage 2 tune migh not be optimal or safe...if you have a custom new base tune, then you'd be ok.

NONO BAD bad!!!!

yes it will affect all sorts of things

unmarry the AP immediatly -(return to stock)
remove the unichip/emi or take it to some one that can then reinstall the AP

driving it in its current condition is a REALLLLY REALLLY bad idea.. if you have to stay out of boost
