You must be a genius. It's always a good idea to ask for help and then offend some of the very people who stepped up to help. What an ass!

Talking screw you rocket man

i'm not offending anyone...the use of the word s*** wasn't meant to be derogatory. "here is deez parts, **** is an alll-encompassing adjective" if i offended anyone with anthracite p1s, then i apologize.

as for you rocket man...get off your high horse mister holier than thou! a michigander - it figures!

and yes, i believe i am a genius...thank you.

"what an ass"??? whatever dude...

You know, I always just wondered why Subaru folks call it anthracite. Everyone else calls it gun metal. Personally I love both. If I had a black car I would have gone with gun metal definately but since I had a silver one I went with silver. White looks great too on blue cars.

Hey DB97, are you sure that pic you posted isn't copyrighted? I know that pic came from the uk-scooby board. You know what happens when you post copyrighted materials right from the board?

I agree with you on the "anthracite" color - looks like the wheels are always dirty from brake dust!

Just my opinion..please don't flame me, flame DB97..he started it.

Default dude...i ain't attacking anybody!

i didn't start this, remember? i was merely using that expletive as a figure of speech. i could've said "not that anthracite color, anthracite wheel, anthracite s***, etc.". what i'm trying to say is that "wheel", "color", "round thing rolling under your car", "s***", whatever...are all interchangeable.

now, b/c i chose the expletive, a certain someone misconstrued what i said and calls me an a**.

HOWEVER, that's not why i'm so angry. what's got me so angry is the fact that uncle sam is taxing me out the wazoo. "$300" tax relief??? *** can i do with $300 - buy ONE P1 wheel (in silver mind you )

where was i?

DB97 -

I think the silver looks great.. but I don't think it's ever wise to rip on someone for what state they live in.. I mean.. You are from kentucky...

Good luck finding those wheels.. let us know if you can get your hands on them..

Oh, btw, that was a figure of speech, so please do not take it the wrong way and misconstrue anything except my kindest of intentions.

Rainy days make me punchy

Sorry for the OT. I have the dirty color P1's and think they're cool.(now it's not OT!)
