Default Dyno #'s TWE Heads & NX

First thing first, mods are: TWE's Stage 1 P&P Heads, Stage 2 cams, Tit. retainers, springs and headers. 2.5 exhaust, Perrin pulley, AEM intake, Excedy clutch and lighten flywheel, Nology spark plug wires, Unichip (engine management) and some other small things that I cant remember. My car was Dynoed at Unichip's North American Dastek Dyno. To give an idea of this dyno's baseline a stock WRX is 160-165whp and stock STI is 230-235whp. My car dynoed at 165 whp at 6150rpm with 190ft.lb torque at 5300rpm without Nitrous. With a 75 wet shot of Nitrous 236 whp with 269 ft.lb torque. We could of had higher Nitrous #'s but the tires would spin each time we hit the nitrous. Needless to say its hard to dyno nitrous. My next mod are TWE's 11.2.1 forged pistons.

Here is the page where the dyno sheets are, if anyone knows how to hyper link them go ahead.

Very nice. I especially like the numbers with the nitrous. I'm glad someone finally did a build like this and then went with nitrous too. Who ever said nitrous was rice????

I was wondering if anyone has risen their compression on a 2.5 block? The only problems I forsee is that I will have to raise my idle.

Very nice numbers! I especially like your torque numbers with and without nitrous. Should make for an interesting run against a stock WRX. Good luck with your 1/4 mile numbers.

If your 60ft time is between 1.7-1.9, with average to good shifting, I'll be the first to say you will run a 1/4 mile time about 14.4@94mph and 13.12@103mph with a 75hp shot of nitrous.

Also, do you have plans on raising your redline? Your torque curves looks like it could use a higher redline since your car's powerband isn't exactly dying off at 6000rpm.

You are pretty close to what I pulled a last summer, 14.4@93.3mph and 13.2@99.7mph. This is before, with not much tuning done. I hope to raise my redline as soon as someone finishes the RS reflash or another means becomes available.
