Default People who live in Condos, a few questions:

There are a bunch of new condos sprouting up in the area, and my friend and I see that this may be a great opportunity for a new business.

Are there any services/goods that you frequently use/purchase? i.e. coin-op car washes, laundry, etc.

Most condos, worth their salt, have W/D hookups. Car washes are a good one.....basically, any business that supports apartment communities will support condo communities....except laundries.

A Starbuck's is critical near condos, too.

depends on the condo style. I have a garage and everything at my condo where I can wash my car, so no different than a regular homeowner.

These spendy condos, or more normal ones?

I find condo garages an uncomfortable place to wash a car.....and many condo rules prohibit it...Of course in Las Vegas, any home-based car-washing is prohibited.

I'd say they are more normal ones. Also, one of the many condos is an "mature" condo, for people, say over 50 or something. Any special needs here? IBfuneralhome,

You could start a porn shooting business out of a condo.
