Question Low oil pressure?

I recently took my car to the track after getting my up-pipe and gagues put on only to get a measely 14.8 on the track. I believe it is because I have a very low oil pressure. When I start my car when it is cold out, and my oil pressure is higher, i run alot faster. But after my car has been running for awhile, and the pressure drops, I believe my HP does as well. I was wondering if there were any common causes of something like that or an explanation. The car has 45k miles and running synthetic mobile one oil. I have a utec stage 2 map, running at 1.3 bar boost, downpipe, uppipe, catback, short ram, and bov. Thanks

Please tell me you aren't trying to run 1.3 bar on the stock turbo. that is 19 psi. when you say your oil pressure drops, how low does it get?
