Default Simple AP question

What exactly do you do to install it? I still cant really figure it out...I know you plug somehting in under the steering wheel then flash the map you want, but is that all there is to do?

Do you actually have the AP yet? It comes with basic instructions. For base map re-flash you have to join two green connectors up under the driver side of the dash, and the AP comes with a white connector that also has to be plugged into a white connection under the dash in the same area. Then, the AP gets plugged into a port (OBD II) directly below the steering column at the base of the plastic shroud at about knee level.
For realtime flashes you skip the first two steps and only plug in the AP to the OBD II port.

Try visit Cobb's website. They provide every bit of information online. The user manual you can download from the web, is exactly the same thing what the buyer will get (except that we get B&W photocopy from Cobb... I printed out a colored copy from work, hehe).
