Default What exhaust system is everyone running?

Hey everyone, looking into getting a cat-back exhaust soon, just wondering what people were running around here.
I kinda had the Blitz Nur-Spec R, but wondering if I realli want it that loud, heard it was the loudest one out there.
Anyone running it on a '02?...does it get annoying?
Thanks...

I'm running the Blitz Nur-Spec R catback with a HKS dp and it's pretty loud but if you just running a catback then it's not that loud.

It's ok but when I have more money I'll be changing to a bellmouth design but the HKS one is cheap.

Be careful what you wish for! If it is LOUD, you'll be deaf before you make it home from a long road trip. The drone will drive you crazy!

I had mine done at Muffler-Tech in Coquitlam. They built me a custom, one piece exhaust all the way from the Catback. They will even mandrel bend, but it costs like a couple hundred more or something. It wasn't worth it because the dude there was able to build exhaust extremely direct, with just enough subtle bends to clear all the important stuff.

They used Aluminized steel. The first one lasted about 5 years for me last time. This new pipe should last me 5 more years if all goes well.

Cobb turboback - 3" straight through, with highflow cat.
It is not at all loud from inside the car. Most people can't hear the difference, even when the car is pushed. From outside, it's a thicker, lower tone, but nothing invasive.

Gruppe-S up-pipe
PDE Downpipe
stock midpipe
MBRP axle-back

MBRP is generally known as "louder than prodrive, but still quiet" but... when it's catless.... it's a WHOLE different story...

If you supply your own muffler, it will cost you $350 plus 15 for shop parts, and tax. Takes them about 2 - 3 hrs. There is a guy there that seems like a "Muffler Geek". He did the job, and it looks really great, tucked right up out of the way, and a very direct/straight path. If you want it quieter, they can add a second resonator too.
