nice shoes, Brett. I put on 2004 WRX front brakes I picked up from RaceComp's GF. He's running Legacy GT brakes now, I believe.

Speaking of which, nice track pics, Myles! That's a lot of rubber you're running, looks good.

BlackStar, Your wagon sealed the deal on my choice of paint. White is cool but black wagons just look slick. My version 3 is still in transition. Going to get tires tomorrow. I think i'm going to get 215/40/17's again. A little more meat wouldn't hurt tho. I dunno. Anyway here's the current pics.

The gap on the version 3 suspension is pretty bad still and I don't even have sways mounted yet. I'll probably pop for some GroundControl springs in the sooner than expected future.

Seems like I keep seeing more and more GF's with swaps. I knew I should of kept my 93 that mianly had suspension mods and went ahead with a complete swap...oh well I guess I will keep my 02 wagon or should I sell her...hmmm

Garrett, great project you got there. It's coming along very nicely. The old school GF8 look is definitely cool and rare (especially over there in the States as I understand). Keep us updated on your progress

black is stealthy, but a white GF8 [looks@WRXJIM's car] get's me drooling...
Don't worry about 215/40/17's. I think they are perfect for street use and reasonable

Yes they are quite rare still. Swapped GF's sell for quite a pretty penny as well. So it's kind of an investment. I ordered my tires

after seeing WRXJIM's car i went with 235/40/17's. They just look soooo meaty.

BTW did your sunroof come stock? I assume it must have. I was thinking about putting in an RS or Uk GT sunroof just to be a little more original.
