Default help with street tuner

i cant get my street tuner installed, each time it says that i cannot connect to ap to start the install. it is on my laptop with a keyspan adapter, tried it on my desktop and got the streettuner base map on there but when i try and open it its says there is some sort of error like hvgs1194i7483 or something. the usb key is in it too. please help asap, cant drive my car wo it being tuned.

started the car and it only revved up to 3500, some one please help.

I don't (and probably no one else does either) understand what exactly you're having a problem with. Break it down for us, you'll not making a whole lot of sense.

3500 rev limiter sounds like a valet map. . .

i got mine to setup, but when i try and open the street tuner it say error: msvcp71.dll was not found. reinstalling the app. may fix prob. or it will say unable to initialize tables, please verify that files exist. if i try and open what looks like .dat files that are stage 1 and 2 maps.

and i look in hte plug in file and try and open that, its a .dll file, and it says the same thing: unable to initialize tables, please verify that files exist

ok, got it to open, but it wont connect to my ecu now.

make sure you have the right Com port selected in edit > configure options

it is the right one, just checked that, i wish cobb wasnt closed on weekends.
