Reflashed (reprogrammed) ECU. I personally wouldn't send in my ECU to get a reflash because it won't be optimal. Try to find a local tuner.

none around here, and i dont want this car to be optimal, i want it to be safe, and not blow up. i have full exhaust and an intake, and am worried about it leaning out and detonating.

Many people have had problems with intakes that lean things out. If you are not going to get tuned for it, you may want to take it off to reduce your worries.

I wonder whether Vishnu is about to ditch their EcuTeK reflashing for the 2.5L in favor of Cobb's system?

Ditch something that works and actually makes power? Why would we do something like that?

You should be making about about 310-315 on a Dynojet

after you buy the license it is therer. so any ECUTEC dealer will use the same license.
You only pay for reflashes/dynotime.

So Kim is Dave still around? I sent him an email a a few days back and still waiting. Or he does not do Subies anymore.

Need to inquire some tuning.

FWIW- it also depends on what dynojet, and whether or not it is custom tuned...you could be as low as 290-300whp.
