Default axxis/pbr deluxe plus REAR pads for 2004 WRX?

Last night I went ahead and replaced my bobcats with pbr(axxis) deluxe plus pads. The carbotechs had great bite and power, but with the awful noise for a daily driver and damage they did to my rotors, i couldn't stand them any more. I had the local meineke resurface my front rotors for $10 a peice. I took the time to dissamble my calipers, clean, sand, and paint them black. I also spent some time on the shims, with some break cleaner and a steel brush. I carefully greased the calipers, and re-lubed the shims with CRC anti squeal spray. Took the car out and bedded in the deluxes carefully using the method posted on the Stop-Tech site. Perfect!! I am very happy with the brakes. They are virtually silent. I think if there is any slight noise I'm hearing at all, it's from the bobcats I still have on the rear. I can't say that the new pads are as strong as the carbotechs, but they're plenty for what I need. I'd say atleast a noticable improvement over stock, smooth, and quiet! and only about $45!!
Though, I've accomplished smooth, strong, and quiet braking... It is still bothering me that I can visually notice the bad grooves in my rear rotors from the bobcats. I'd like to have them cut and swap out the rear pads. I can't seem to find a deluxe plus application for 2004-rear from all my online searching. I got the fronts from an online vendor- import replacement parts. They only have rear apps for the metal masters and ultimates. If I can't find them, I may opt for just some OEM replacements, which I believe I can get from subaruwrxparts.com for about $60 including all new shims and hardware.

My question is does anyone have info on the 04 Deluxe Plus rears? I don't think I'm interested in the metal masters, and I know I don't want the ultimates. Thanks in advance!
