Default MY99 2.5RS Turbo - Lot of parts, see inside...

Hey guys,

I think it's time to sell my car. Got a proposal coming up and then probably a wedding/house in the near future - so the car has to go. I have spent alot of time and energy making this car correct and very reliable. My father and I have done almost all of the work on the car, so you and I can be assured it was done correctly.
I am thinking it is worth 17-20K (closer to 20K would be best ), make an offer and we'll talk.
Thanks for looking. I will post some more picture of the car Interior, and Engine probably tomorrow. I probably missed some stuff, I will post if I think of it. Any specific pictures let me know.

99 2.5RS
52K on the car
20K on the block / suspension and brakes

Motor:
USDM STi 2.5l short block
Stock heads (port and polished)
Garrett T28 (running at ~1.0-1.2 bar)
Top mount intercooler
83lb Siemens injectors
Cobb fuel pump
Unorthodox under-drive crank pulley
Flex-A-Lite dual low profile fan
Exhaust system (up/down pipes, all the way back) is all custom, 2.5in. It does have a Cat. Muffler is an Apexi N1 (3.5in tip).

Horse Power... not sure but it's a hell of a lot faster than my girlfriends 2002 WRX... I haven't driven an STi so I can't compare to that but I would around 300+ at the crank.

Stock 2.5RS redline is at 6500rpms I believe.
The block's redline is 8000rpms, but the heads might not flow up there... Not sure though.
I would goto around 7000rpms and it is still pulling very hard. The limit is set in the Motec at 7000rpms (from the stock motor I had in it), so I never changed the limit - cause it had more than enough pull and shifts would land you right back in the power band with the Chalak gearset.
