02+ Injen CAI Fitment Issues

I installed my Injen CAI on my 2004 and the secondary pipe is barely on. The pipe is rubbing up against the inner wall and is vibrating madly at high RPMs. I've seen a couple guys with Injen CAI's on 02+ RS's and can't imagine they are running around like this.

How is the fitment of the secondary pipe in your wheel well? Do you have pics of the fitment?

heh wrap it in duct tape. it makes the tone a lot lower.

take a look, here is my setup...no more vibrating
no too pretty, but work pretty good
somehow my filter or pipe is not touching anything inside the fender.

The intake came with a rubber lining and it's in use right now.

The secondary pipe isn't going into that hole, however, without and angle to it. It keeps gettin gpushed up at an angle by the tab on inside of the fender.

Your secdonary pipe is completely cleared on both sides?

hmmm....
if your secondary pipe is not going into the hole that I use, I don't know how can you connect 2 pipe together.
and ya...pipe and filter are completely cleared.

where your pipe mounts to the engine bay, move it around a little to get the pipe centered in the center of that fender hole. once its set tighten it down so it doesnt move.
