Default UTEC & Emissions - Which Map?

This isn't the basic "will my car pass emissions in XXX State?" Question (which is all I found in my searches), but its semi-related.

I'm due for VA Emissions (OBD2 & Sniffer) this month, and that got me wondering if it was worth it to flip to the 0 map or leave it where it is now (tuned off EGT). The car is 2 years old & has 13,000 miles, I still have the stock uppipe & 3rd cat, & the Daddy's V1 downpipe, so I'm not worried about failing the sniffer. What is the effect of using a street-tuned UTEC map when Emissions Testing vs. the stock map (Position 0)? Has anyone ever compared the two? Since the street tuned map runs leaner than the stock map, what would this do to tailpipe emissions? How to increased EGTs & advanced timing effect emissions?

TIA

they just bring the revs up to around 3500 or so and hold it there in (nuetral) you'll be around stoich anyway. just make sure your engine is warmed up or it will have more emissions
