Default Will 02/03 WRX struts fit an 04/05 WRX?

Hi,

I am trying to determine if Subaru changed their struts over the years.

I know that there is a difference between wagon and sedan struts.

But what about across the years?

We are talking USDM models from 02-05

Will 02/03 struts fit an 04/05?

The reason I ask is that KYB claim that they do not make a strut for an 04 WRX and according to their website they are "TBD"

Can anyone confirm or deny that a set of KYB AGX 02 WRX struts will work on an 04 WRX? (or 05 for that matter)

You would really be helping me out if anyone can answer this.

Thanks

Derek

If you buy some 02-03 top hats you can run the KYBs. The portion of the strut that the top hat mounts to is different between the 02-03s and the 04-05s.
