Swapped the engine and all other important parts now wondering if I can just run a higher rated fuel pump instead of a fuel pump controller?

a 97 ej20 wouldn't have a fuel pump controller
a fixed (not variable) speed walbro is still a good idea

2002 pump is 140lph vs 255lph(walbro)

i currently have a sti pump 160lph and have a walbro on order
