Default Hella 4000 rallye

Has anyone ever mounted the big hella 4000's to their rex? I'm interested in doing so, unfortunately the hella sight doesn't look very helpful.. They sell the lights but I dont see anyone info on buying a mount for them.. I like the look of having them over the grill between the headlights.. Anyone know where I might find this or maybe a kit to get everything at once?
Has anyone else done this before or is it too extreme?
TIA

Bar fabricated by a friend of mine at Black and Decker/DeWalt, lights from rallylights.com when they were on sale with the heavy duty wiring harness.

Being able to see half a mile down a dark and lonely road late at night, well worth the stares I get during the day driving around town.

Where's Rapid_Roo's setup?

Pretty much every setup using the Rallye 4000s i've seen uses a custom lightbar. The only production bar i've seen that can handle the lamps is the Cascade Motorsports bar.

How do you keep your Rallye HID's from being stolen?

I got a pair of them on my Disco also.

Gee-- I'm never good at estimating in imperial units.

I love my 4000's on my rover, but I'm thinking of other options for my 05 WRX wagon.

I've been reading so many threads on aux. lighting. Info overload! Seems everything I'm reading up on is for the bugeye or GC8. Don't see many setups for 04-05 Imprezas.

I had them on my bugeye. They were bolted through the bumper beam to a piece of square aluminium. I still have the lights if you know anyone who wants them.
